| Job Description | Promote the program in the area. Conduct home visits and mini visits, screen and recommend loan applicants. Facilitate orientations and workshops. Assists the Branch Manager for releases. Collect the loan repayments, according to fixed schedule per area, update partner’s ledgers and issue Official Receipt to partners upon receiving payments. Daily compute and remit the total payments of partners. Follow-up delayed and past due. |
| Job Qualifications | > College Graduate/Level (at least 2nd year level of any course)
> Preferably with at least 6 months work experience in related field (microfinance/non-government organization) > Willing to do field work and assigned to Alaminos, San Carlos and in Lingayen > Trustworthy and able to to maintain confidentiality > Passion to work with Entrepreneurial Urban Poor sector |
